I like the narrative that is suggested by just the little bit you are giving us. I imagine two girls who are very close and who are about to go off to separate schools (the clothes seem sort of school uniform inspired) and wont be able to see each other for awhile, and this is sort of like their last moments together.
Anyways, their facial expressions are kind of odd. I think the redhaired girl should either be looking at the other girl or have her eyes closed.
I know forget-me-not flowers ARE that powdery blue color, but maybe you should fudge it a bit and make them more purple. They look more like springtime flowers right now, and I think a blue-purple would look really good with your other colors!
