Great composition and movement! I'd say go for it. I like the hands showing underneath the dragon, too. Are you going to have color? Be careful where your lines meet: her ankle starts right at the edge of the building and therefor flattens that area. Same with the 2nd hand from the left and the dragon's scale. I like how the lanterns cuts off for your lettering. The font's a bit cheesy, but it seems appropriate with the image and how clean it is. Can't wait to see your final!
